Terms of service

EngravingCOL makes custom laser-engraved natural stones. The stones are made in Colombia and shipped to customers in the United States.

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy rights. You grant us a limited license to reproduce that image solely to produce your order.

We may decline any order whose image appears to infringe third-party rights or contains unlawful content. If we do, you get a full refund.

Every stone is a unique piece of natural material. Small variations in shape, tone and grain are part of the product, not defects.

You can cancel for a full refund until production starts — about 12 hours after we receive your photo. After that, the stone is already being made for you.

If your stone arrives damaged or the engraving isn't what we agreed, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery at Engravingcol@gmail.com and we'll re-make it or refund you.

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
