Privacy policy

Your name, email address, phone number if you give us one, your shipping address, your order details, and the photo or photos you upload for engraving. We also collect basic device and analytics data, like the pages you visit and the type of browser you use.

To make and ship your order, to send you emails about that order, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Bold, a regulated payment provider — we never see your card numbers. Our shipping carrier gets the address needed to deliver your stone. Supabase stores your order and photos securely. Lovable's email service sends your order emails from our own domain. That's it: we never sell your data and we never use it for advertising.

The photos you upload are used only to prepare and engrave your stone. They are stored privately, and we never publish them or use them in marketing without your written permission. We keep them for 180 days after delivery so we can re-make your piece or handle a claim, and then we delete them. If you want them deleted earlier, email us at Engravingcol@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

When you use our "See it on stone" preview, the photo you upload is sent to our image processing provider (fal.ai) for the sole purpose of generating the relief map. We do not store it, we ask the provider not to retain it, and it is discarded as soon as the preview is made. The only thing we keep is an anonymous identifier of your connection (a hashed IP address) and the time, so we can limit how many previews are made — and we delete those records after 30 days.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to Engravingcol@gmail.com. We honor these requests within 30 days.

We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. Photos that include minors must be uploaded by a parent or guardian.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not respond to those signals. We're telling you this because California law asks us to.

We only use essential and functional cookies — the ones needed to keep the site and checkout working. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
